Test on cooking smoke purification device with cyclone and spray

Utilizing the purification mechanism of wet method and centrifugation, develops a set of cooking smoke purification device. The test results show that purification efficiency is nearly the best i.e. over 80％, even reaching 92％ when the sectional air speed in the  device is about 1.8 m/s, cleaning solution concentration is 5％, and spraying water amount is 0.9 to 1.1 kg/m³.  It is compact in structure and good in appearance, suitable for the cooking smoke purification in catering services.
